The \u201cOpen 100\u201d plan is a monthly subscription with automatic renewal at a cost of \u20ac62.00 (VAT and taxes included). It includes a total of 100 kWh per month for vehicle charging, of which up to 30 kWh can be used at third-party charging stations accessible via the IPlanet App. The remaining kWh can be used exclusively at IPlanet network charging stations.<\/p>\n
Once the monthly cap is exceeded, the service will remain active by automatically applying the \u201cPay per Use\u201d mode in effect at that time. In this case, at the end of each charging session, the amount will be calculated by multiplying the actual kWh used by the applicable unit rate shown in the App within the specific station’s details.<\/p>\n
The plan is subject to a pre-authorization, as indicated within the App.<\/p>\n
The monthly fee does not include any penalties for occupying the plug without charging. However, unlimited access to the booking service for public charging infrastructures available via the IPlanet App is included.<\/p>\n
The subscription is activated upon sign-up and automatically renews every 30 days on the same calendar date. The remaining monthly cap and full plan details are always available in the designated section of the App.<\/p>\n
An invoice is issued and sent on the day of subscription or renewal, and includes the monthly fee for the billing period. Any additional charges, such as for exceeding the monthly cap or improper plug occupancy, will be invoiced separately at the end of the relevant charging session. In case of non-payment, the service will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid. Once payment is received, the service will be reactivated and the renewal date will remain unchanged.<\/p>\n
Switching from one monthly plan to another will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The same applies to switching to the \u201cPay per Use\u201d mode in effect at that time.<\/p>\n
You may cancel the plan at any time through the App. In such cases, the subscription will remain active until the next renewal date, and you may continue using any remaining included kWh until that time.<\/p>\n
These Terms and Conditions may be modified with 30 days\u2019 notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels (email, App). In the event of changes, you may cancel the plan at no cost.<\/p>\n
