IPlanet Plus – Terms & Conditions

The “IPlanet Plus” subscription is a monthly plan with automatic renewal, priced at €9.99 per month (VAT and taxes included). It provides a 30% discount on the “Pay per Use” rate in effect at the time, applicable to charging sessions carried out exclusively at IPlanet network stations.

The discount is automatically applied at the end of each eligible charging session and is calculated based on the standard rate displayed in the App, within the section dedicated to each individual station. There is no monthly consumption cap: the discount applies to every session with no usage limits.

The plan is subject to a pre-authorization, as indicated within the App.

The subscription does not include charging at third-party stations and does not cover any additional costs incurred due to plug occupation without charging, which will be subject to the “Pay per Use” rate in effect at that time. However, unlimited access to the booking service for public charging infrastructure accessible via the IPlanet App is included.

The plan is activated upon subscription and renews automatically every 30 days, on the same calendar date. Details of the applied discount and the subscription status are always available in the App.

An invoice is issued and sent on the date of subscription or renewal, and includes the subscription fee for the relevant billing period. Any additional costs related to charging sessions or penalties will be invoiced separately. In the event of non-payment, the service will be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled. Once payment is received, the service will be reactivated, and the renewal date will remain unchanged.

Switching to another pricing plan will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You may cancel the plan at any time via the App. In such case, the subscription will remain active until the next renewal date.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified with 30 days’ notice. Any changes will be communicated via official channels (email, App). In case of changes, you may cancel the plan at no cost.

By proceeding and accepting these terms, you subscribe to the monthly “IPlanet Plus” plan.
