Faq
You can view your nearest charging stations directly on the App home page. On the map, you can also filter the search by “Charging point status”, “Vehicles and sockets”, “Charging power” and “Operators”.
All IPlanet stations are quipped with CCS2 sockets. On the App, the map also shows where you can find Type 2 and CHAdeMO sockets.
Our stations always provide DC power of over 150kW; the amount of power supplied depends on the vehicle’s charger or PCS.
Yes. In this case, depending on its configuration, your vehicle will absorb all of the power it can handle. In this regard, we recommend consulting your car’s user manual.
The charging time depends on the power output of the charging station, the capacity of your vehicle and its battery, and the battery level at the time of charging. For a better estimate of your vehicle’s charging time, we recommend consulting your car’s user manual.
Once you have finished charging, we ask you to leave the charging bay within 60 minutes; this gives you more than enough time to enjoy the services on offer at our stations and drive away re-energised.

IPlanet certifies the origin of all the energy supplied by its ultra-fast charging stations. In 2024, we received a Cancellation Statement from the Energy Services Manager (GSE), confirming the cancellation of 260 Guarantees of Origin, equivalent to 260 MWh of renewable energy used.
