IPlanet 100 – Terms & Conditions

The “IPlanet 100” plan includes a monthly fee of €59.00 (VAT and taxes included), which allows you to use the charging service for up to 100 kWh per month at stations within the IPlanet network.

Once the monthly cap included in the plan is reached, and before the next renewal, the service will remain available by automatically applying the “Pay per Use” rate in effect at that time. In this case, at the end of each charging session, the cost will be calculated by multiplying the energy drawn (in kWh) by the applicable unit rate, which can be viewed directly in the App within each station’s details.

The plan is subject to a pre-authorization, as indicated within the App.

The monthly fee does not include charging sessions at third-party stations, nor any penalties for occupying the plug without actively charging. In such cases, the applicable “Pay per Use” rate at that time will apply. Unlimited access to the booking service for public charging infrastructures available through the IPlanet App is included.

The plan is activated upon subscription and automatically renews every 30 days on the same date. The current monthly kWh cap and the plan fee can always be viewed in the dedicated section of the App.

An invoice is issued and sent on the day of subscription or renewal, and includes the plan fee for the relevant period. Any additional charges, such as exceeding the monthly cap or occupying the plug without charging, will be invoiced separately at the end of the relevant session. In case of non-payment, the service will be suspended until the outstanding amount is paid; once payment is received, the service will be reactivated and the renewal date will remain unchanged.

Switching from one monthly plan to another will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. The same applies to switching from a monthly plan to the “Pay per Use” model in effect at that time.

You may cancel the plan at any time via the App. In that case, the subscription will remain active until the next renewal date, and you will still be able to use the remaining included kWh until then.

These Terms and Conditions may be modified with 30 days’ notice. Any changes will be communicated through official channels (email, App). In case of changes, you can always cancel the plan without penalty.

By continuing and accepting these terms, you subscribe to the “IPlanet 100” monthly rate plan.
