Our journey began with a clear goal: to make electric mobility more efficient and closer to people’s needs. IPlanet, a joint venture established in 2024 by IP Gruppo API and EV Asset Holdings S.p.A., now owned by the Bestinver Group as majority shareholder and by Tages Capital SGR, brings together skills and experience to simplify access to electric mobility and actively contribute to a sustainable energy transition.
IPlanet transforms service stations from simple stopover points into vibrant places to live, promoting a cultural shift that has become essential and making electric mobility accessible, efficient, and respectful of the planet. - Executive Chairman of Italiana Petroli S.p.A., a leading company in the fuel and mobility sector with over 4,500 service stations across Italy.
- A key player in the Group’s growth, Ugo has led strategic operations such as the acquisition of TotalErg and Esso Italiana
- In 2023, he expanded the Group’s commitment to the energy transition with the creation of IPlanet, which aims to transform 510 IP stations by installing ultrafast EV charging points to go with traditional fuel pumps.
- He was awarded the Order of Merit for Labour in 2019 in the oil and energy sector and serves as a board member for the Central Group of the Federazione Nazionale dei Cavalieri del Lavoro.

- Since 2008 he has developed Enel’s EV charging infrastructure, holding key positions at Enel X Way and serving as CEO of Ewiva.

- Over 20 years of experience in finance and M&A.
- Former Group CFO and Rekeep IR, with a focus on international development and M&A.
- Degree in Business and Economics.
Massimiliano Montana Lampo

- Over 15 years of experience in strategic consulting and 10 years in the energy sector.
- Head of Retail Customer Experience Management at Eni’s green energy company, Plenitude, since 2022.

is 100% Renewable
IPlanet certifies the origin of all the energy supplied by its ultra-fast charging stations. In 2024, we received a Cancellation Statement from the Energy Services Manager (GSE), confirming the cancellation of 260 Guarantees of Origin, equivalent to 260 MWh of renewable energy used.
